Voicemail

The University's voicemail service, also known as Gopher Messaging, is a unified messaging system, which means that in addition to regular telephone-based voicemail, you can customize the way you handle calls, messages, and faxes. With Gopher Messaging you can:

• Manage your voicemail online
• Send voice messages to an email address
• Use personal assistant (zero escape) to bypass voice messages
• Use "Find-me/Follow-me"
• Send all your calls to voicemail (Do Not Disturb)
• Send your calls to a different number if your primary line does not answer
• Send and receive faxes

Voicemail is available to all faculty and staff members who have voice mailboxes set up on their telephones. If you currently don’t have a voice mailbox defined on your phone, you can request one:

1. Visit our Order Services web page.
2. Click "Voice and Data Connections." 
3. Click "Add."
