    • There is not an antivirus available for Snow Leopard.
    • Do not install SAV to, or run SAV from, a disk formatted as UFS or Case-Sensitive HFS+. Generally, this is an issue only if you specifically chose to reformat your disk with these options.
  2. NAV 9 and Mac OS X 10.2 "Jaguar": Immediately after installing Norton AntiVirus, run LiveUpdate instead of restarting your computer. This will prevent a security error message. You will also be informed when something attempts to connect to your computer. In general, it is best to follow the suggested action. However, there may be services for which you will need to change the default and either accept or reject the attempted connection. If you have questions about any of the options that are presented please contact our Technology Help staff for assistance. Be cautious in using the personal firewall.
