Adobe Acrobat Pro for Mac & Adobe Acrobat Pro for Windows is available for license for University-owned computers. This license is available for Individual license, Department license level and a Collegiate level license. Departments and collegiate units at UMN have the option of purchasing licenses that will cover their entire FTE count. Depending on the size of your department or college this can be a considerable savings. FTE counts can be checked through the Office of Institutional Research.
Your one year license includes access to upgrades released during your license period.
Cost
- Department level license is $15000 per year.
The department license includes both Adobe Acrobat Pro for Mac and Windows AND Adobe Presenter for the ENTIRE FTE count of your department.
If you are interested in the department option, please check with your local IT staff before placing an order to make sure that they have not already done so.
Benefits of Our Adobe Presenter Contract
This contract provides great savings for the University since Presenter currently costs faculty and staff $54-$90 if purchased through UMart vendors, and $500 for a full license directly from Adobe.
