Registration for our courses is now being processed by ULearn, the U's new training registration system.

Have you noticed that Google Docs is now called Google Drive? If you’re new to Google Drive, or even if you’ve been using it for awhile, you may not be aware of some of the changes that came with Google Drive or how to effectively manage your documents in Google Drive. To help you quickly come up to speed, we’ve created a short 3-video series. Topics include:

Find Courses in ULearn

  1. Sign in to ULearn (links provided below). Before going to ULearn, here is the information you need to quickly find our courses.
  2. Use the search box located in the upper-right corner to find courses (see search tips below).

ULearn Search Tips

  • To view a list of courses we offer, enter “it-training” in the search box and click the search icon.
  • To find a specific course, type a keyword in the search box, such as “excel”, and click the search icon.

Register for Courses in ULearn

  1. Sign in to ULearn (links provided below). Before going to ULearn, here is the information you need to register for courses.
  2. Use the search box located in the upper-right corner to find courses.
  3. In the search results, click the course title to see the available sessions.
  4. Click Request to register for the desired session.

If a seat is available in the session, you will automatically be enrolled and sent an email confirmation.

If a seat is not available in the session, you will be given an opportunity to be on the waitlist.

Drop or Evaluate Courses in ULearn

  1. Sign in to ULearn (links provided below). Before going to ULearn, here is the information you need to drop or evaluate courses.
  2. From the Learning drop-down menu located in the top menu bar, select View Your Transcript.
