Wireless connection problem troubleshooting
Mobile Device and computer e-mail client configuration
Internet password changes
Hardware diagnostics - Coffman Union location only
Moodle, and myU problem troubleshooting

Fee-based Services - Personal Device Support

Hardware diagnostics, installations and repairs
Operating system and software installations
Data backup, recovery and transfer
