The Office of Information Technology Tech Stops provide a central location for students, faculty, and staff to receive face-to-face technology consultations, support and training. Locations are on the east bank, west bank, and in St. Paul. The Blegen 90 Tech Stop (west bank) is a state-of-the-art computer lab, technology support, and collaboration center. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to reserve one of the collaboration stations for small group work.

Drop in for a Wee Byte of Learning

Want to learn how to find free images, format bibliographies, or edit videos? Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in Technology Learning Bytes (TLB), 30-minute learning sessions on these and other topics. No cost, no registration. Attend, ask questions, and expand your skills! Location: Blegen 90.

There are no TLB sessions scheduled for this week.

Tech Stop staff offer walk-in assistance and support for University technology services including Google Apps, email application configuration; Internet password changes; Symantec AntiVirus installation or assistance; consultations on virus removal; wireless network configuration for mobile devices; ResNet connection problem troubleshooting; updating drivers; VPN installation; common good software such as email, WebVista, and Moodle; and much more, including general "how do I get started with…" questions.
