Changing Business Model for Development & Support

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is restructuring its applications units. In the coming months, there will be some changes to the services we offer and how we deliver them.

The purpose of this restructuring is to unify JaWS, AAS, and OIA staff so that OIT can more efficiently deliver application development and support services to our clients. As a result of this restructuring, JaWS and AAS are merging to form a new application development team. This restructuring allows OIT to accomplish the following:

Current JaWS Customers

If you are currently receiving services from JaWS, OIT is developing plans to transition those services to fit the new organizational structure. We will review these transition plans with you in the coming weeks and months. During this transition phase, continue to work with your current OIT contact.
