I joined the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in June 2008. As a Research Fellow, it is my responsibility to consult with members of the University community on educational research issues, evaluate OIT services and programs, and conduct independent and collaborative research projects that investigate the impact of technology on teaching and learning.
I earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Indiana University in 2002. Prior to joining the OIT, I taught Comparative Politics and Political Theory at the University of Minnesota Morris and St. Olaf College.
In my non-work life, I enjoy spending time with my family, consuming various forms of popular culture, international travel, and distance running.
