The report archiving and management system currently used at the University is called Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS). It captures content from multiple sources and delivers secured, online, static reports in several formats to the University community. The types of reports archived into the system are as varied as the business units that depend on EDMS for the management of millions of critical documents. EDMS reports are archived from central systems like PeopleSoft, and are delivered to authorized University users through a web-based application.
As an offering of the Office of Information Technology's (OIT) Analytics & Reporting Service, EDMS is available for use by the University community.
