Project & Portfolio Management

The Office of Information Technology's (OIT) Project and Portfolio Management services enable excellence in the management of IT and enterprise projects. Services include:

• Project and portfolio planning and metrics
• Mentorship of project teams on tools, best practices, project management, and analysis
• Assistance in the development of business cases, RFPs, and workplans
• Project management and oversight for select IT projects, including phase gate reviews for large projects 
• Quarterly project portfolio status updates
