Internet Explorer Cache Clearing
It has been discovered that with the new tools set (PeopleTools 8.52.08) for PeopleSoft that Preserve Favorites configuration is causing menu navigation and page errors in PeopleSoft.
As with any PeopleSoft release, it is important to clear your cache to ensure that PeopleSoft works correctly on your computer. However, Internet Explorer (IE) users will have to make sure that their configuration is set correctly to avoid menu and page issues.
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

- On the Internet Options window, check "Delete browsing history on exit" and select Delete.

- On the Delete Browsing History window, check "Temporary Internet files," "Cookies," and "History," make sure that "Preserve Favorites website data" is not checked, then select Delete.

- If page display problems persist after clearing the cache, press the F5 (refresh) key.
