NetFiles has file versioning turned on by default.
Click the box next to the file for which you want for want to view versioning information.
Select Manage, click to select the drop-down menu, then select Versioning
Click the box next to the file version you wish to copy.
Click Copy in the Versioning window and specify or browse to a destination path for the new copy (you may change the file name in the Destination box).
Click Exit.
NOTE: Versioning can be turned off. NetFiles will keep the latest version. Versions will be retained until you remove them. Remember that Versioning counts toward your total quota of 5GB.
Click the box next to the file name to select it.
Select Manage, click to select the drop-down menu, then select Versioning
Click Disable Versioning in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click Exit.
