Subscriptions

You can be notified when a file has been edited or read by using Subscriptions. Subscriptions give users the ability to request to be notified via email when files or directories, to which that user has read access, are viewed or changed.

1. Select the file or folder
2. Click the Manage icon and select the Subscriptions link
3. Click the New Subscription button.
4. Select the event for which you want notification, and the frequency of the reports. Click Ok to activate the subscription.
   
5. Click Exit to return to your directory listing
