This service does not handle password requests.

Most support is free to the University community. Example questions include:

  • I forgot my University Internet ID and password. What should I do?
  • How do I set up my e-mail program to get my University e-mail?
  • How do I access my EFS PeopleSoft financial system work?

More advanced help with using central University systems also is available from specialists who can answer questions submitted via e-mail or Web forms.

At Tech Stop, we can answer the same types of questions as above and also provide free services such as:

  • Moodle, myU, WebVista, and wireless access troubleshooting
  • e-mail client and application configuration
  • driver updates

Software and hardware diagnostics and installation and other workstation support services also are available for a fee.
