Welcome

Our help staff can answer general information technology questions from University faculty, staff, students, and members of the alumni association via live online help, on the telephone, in-person, and by e-mail. Most support is free to the University community.

At Tech Stop, we also provide software and hardware diagnostics and installation and other workstation support services, some for no charge and some for a fee.

More advanced help for many University systems is available from specialists via e-mail.

* Please note: E-mail is not the preferred method of communication as replies can take up to 4 business days. For faster service please call or chat online.
