Faculty, staff, and students can get help with general computer, Internet, network, and telephone issues in a variety of ways as described below. Technology Help Services

Our technology help staff can answer questions about accessing the Internet and central systems (including PeopleSoft and other University enterprise systems), e-mail, network connections, passwords, personal Web space, telephones, voicemail, and Web browsers. Most support is free to the University community. Example questions include:

  • I forgot my University Internet ID and password. What should I do?
  • How do I set up my e-mail program to get my University e-mail?
  • How do I access my EFS PeopleSoft financial system work?

At Tech Stop, we also provide free and fee-based services such as software and hardware diagnostics and installation and other workstation support services.
